Karan Mehra was born in Delhi and attended Wynberg Allen School in Mussoorie and finished his 10th grade.

After that, he moved to Delhi, where he completed his 11th and 12th grades at Delhi Public School (DPS). He later graduated in Advertising And Sales Promotion from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce. Karan added "Veer" to his name following his grandmother's request, as it was the name of his late grandfather.
